The primary step in our Home Renovations Remodeling Process is a free consultation. Clear communication is a key to a successful renovation. Precisely why we begin every project with a consultation to discuss your goals, budget, and timeline.  We meet at your home and review the area you would like to have renovated.  We create a checklist of items you want incorporated into your new space and take a scan of the existing space.  We take precise measurements and  photographs of the existing space. We review your style, color and design options and discuss budget.

Our lead designer promptly gets to work creating a custom design.  She starts with recreating your existing space as it stands and modifies it to create the new space discussed during the consultation.  Everything is captured in the rendering from the flooring to the lights in the ceiling.  Picture quality renderings are generated as well as a link to a 3-D viewer file which allows the customer to "walk" through the designed space by controlling the camera and experience the layout.  As soon as a design is approved a comprehensive estimate is provided.

A thorough contract is developed showcasing the project schedule, the payment terms and each task being provided by Home Renovations. Once a contract is reviewed and signed the project preparation begins immediately.  Depending on the scope of your project, permits are acquired and structural plans if needed are presented to the County.  Materials are ordered and set for delivery.  

Our goal is to cause as little disruption to your daily routine as possible during your renovation.  We partition off the area with plastic and cover anything that is not being removed from that space during demolition.  We do our best to keep the dust contained and the rest of your home free from debris. We are always communicating with our customers about the goals for the upcoming week, reviewing what has been completed to date, and updating what remains of the project.
